Xerox Group(NYSE:XRX)will be hosting a live audio webcast with online presentation slides to discuss its third-quarter results at 10AM on Oct. 22nd, 2014. Additionally, the company also announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share of Xerox common stock which will be payable to on Jan. 31st, 2014. Finally, business security solutions provider Allegion plc announced on Oct. 16th that it had selected Xerox to support its IT infrastructure as part of a five-year agreement.
Bankrate Inc(NYSE:RATE) is currently facing a class action lawsuit from individuals who purchased the company’s securities between the dates of Mar. 1st, 2013 and Sept. 15th, 2014. The company is accused of publishing materially false and misleading statements that violated federal securities laws. Bankrate, which currently has a market capitalization of over $1 billion and 104.43 million tradeable shares, is a Florida-based company that publishes, aggregates, and distributes personal finance content on the Internet.
