New York, NY – GDP INSIDER  –  04/03/2015.

This article discusses three companies: PositiveID Corp (OTCMKTS:PSID), Excalibur Res Ltd (OTCMKTS:EXCFF) and HDS International Corp (OTCMKTS:HDSI)

PositiveID Corp (OTCMKTS:PSID) showed solid gains yesterday with the stock climbing 7.07% or $0.0016 to close at $0.0250 on very active trading of 7.883 million shares. The molecular diagnostic systems developer started to gain after it announced that it had successfully completed the phase II testing of its Firefly Dx prototype handheld, real time pathogen detection system. The system could be a leap forward in being able to make an accurate diagnosis when blood or other tests would take too long, making it a hold and potential buy for now.

Excalibur Res Ltd (OTCMKTS:EXCFF) skyrocketed yesterday with the stock increasing more than 308% or $0.18 to close at $0.0245 on heavy trading of 2.985 million shares, compared to its three month average trading volume of 0.022 million. The discoverer and developer of precious metal mineral resources had been trading pretty much in line with the S&P 500 index until yesterday and made the massive gains on no major news. With diluted EPS of only -$0.03 and a current ratio of 0.72, the stock does not have particularly bad fundamentals, but is still a risky hold at this time.

HDS International Corp (OTCMKTS:HDSI) continued to fall yesterday with the stock sliding another 12.50% or $0.0001 to close at $0.0007 with more than 160 million shares changing hands. The decline in the technology development company began after it announced that it had reached terms with an institutional investor to gain up to $4.6 million in additional funding through a mixture of debt and equity. The company has also re-assigned some of its convertible note debt, as the shares that were assigned to them had already been exhausted. At this price it is a possible but very risky buy.
