Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC)’ dashing new Dashboard Analytics

Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC) Merrill Lynch is a frontrunner in Global Transaction services in the areas of payables and commercial cards solutions. It has launched Dashboard Analytics, a new module that will be used for Account management and Global reporting. This tool is now available in over 70 countries in 21 languages, to its commercial card clients.

This newly-designed dashboard tool will effectively support treasury units and senior-level executives to make more well-informed decisions for developing working capital, negotiating better terms with their important suppliers and facilitating compliance with the company’s travel policy.

Earning reports brief

Very recently, BAC released its earnings report for the quarter that ended in June. According to the report, the bank showed EPS of $32/share on an income of $22.9B.

The average analyst estimate had been 25 cents per share with an income of $22.8B, for the quarter. In comparison, the bank had earned 15 cents/share in the same period in the 2012 financial year. Its mortgage-underwriting business deposited a market share of almost 20% and 12% in Florida and Georgia respectively.

In Thursday’s trading session, the Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC) shares rose by 0.82%. The opening price of $14.62 rose to an intraday high of $14.85 which eventually closed at $14.83/share. Around 89.39M shares were traded on Thursday while the average volumes of shares traded over a 3—day period was 0.120M. The bank has a market cap of $159.37B.
