New York, NY – GDP INSIDER  –  03/23/2015.

This articles discusses two companies: Sprint Corp (NYSE:S) and Cincinnati Bell Inc (NYSE:CBB)

Sprint Corp (NYSE:S) continued to decline towards the end of last week with the stock closing down 0.80% or $0.04 at $4.95 with more than 15.839 million shares changing hands, slightly lower than its three month average trading volume of 16.648 million. The comprehensive wireless and wire line communications carrier has been falling for most of the last 52 weeks with the stock down 45.29%, but has been starting to gain back some of these losses since the beginning of the year with the stock up 19.28% YTD. Sprint Corp has been getting some negative press of late regarding its high level of churn rate within its prepaid cell phone business, but overall this has helped the company’s short term sales revenue.  However, with negative overall quarterly revenue growth of -1.80% and diluted EPS of $0.31 the stock is not showing many signs of being able to continue these gains, making it a hold for now.

Cincinnati Bell Inc (NYSE:CBB) carried on trending upwards on Friday with the stock increasing 2.51% or $0.09 to close at $3.68 on very active trading of 3.353 million shares, compared to its three month average trading volume of 0.979 million. The full service provider of regional entertainment and communications has been steadily increasing in value since it hit its 52 week low of $2.85 at the end of January. The stock has now gained 15.35% so far this year, outperforming the S&P 500 which is only up 2.39% for the same period. Cincinnati Bell Inc is already trading very close to its one year target estimate of $3.88 and despite the fact that the MACD is still diverging, its current RSI of 68.08 shows that the stock may be heading towards its resistance level and without some strong positive results, may level out or start to fall back again over the near term.
