Groupon Inc. need to consistently strategize its offering given the nature of industry it operates, that is believed to be the most cloned business model of the time. Moreover while the entire industry is experiencing mobile transition, that sales are increasing from smartphone users than traditional internet users; recently the change brought in by Google Inc.
