NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA): Friday’s trading session saw NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) dropping by 1.09%. It opened at a price of $14.55 which reached an intraday high of $14.76 before heading down to close at $14.47 per share. More than 14.44 million shares were traded in the last trading session. This was above the average volume of 9.17 million that was measured over a 30-day period.

Just last week, NVDA launched the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU. This GPU offers a very high PC gaming performance level for a cost of $399. It is the latest addition to NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA)’s award-winning NVIDIA Kepler architecture, gaming GPUline-up. These generally cater to the high-end market. The GTX 770 GPU has advanced features, offers superior gaming performance and silky-smooth frame-rates that afford high-definition, unsurpassed PC gaming.

This was above the average volume of 6.21 million that was measured over a 30-day period.

Just last week, ON Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:ONNN) was awarded the 2012 Power Supply Products Award by Electronic Engineering & Product World. The latter is a leading, electronics industry publication in China. The company uses ONNN’s NCP185x series switching-battery charger. This innovative product has been optimized to offer power-efficiency in various mobile devices such as tablets, smart phones and other hand-held devices.
