PulteGroup Inc’s (NYSE: PHM) national brand Del Webb is America’s leading builder of new homes and a pioneer in active adult communities targeting retired and pre-retired boomers. The Del Webb brand primarily focuses on building inspired homes and communities for the boomers ageing above 55 who still wishes to explore, grow and learn after their retirement.

Del Webb has been selected by the “Where to Retire” magazine amongst the nation’s best 50 master planned communities for boomer. Del has five more communities lined up for the year and has been selected 54 times by the magazine in its eight years of issued publications.
