On December 4th, the company entered into a transaction with General Communications, Inc under which the latter will get the title and right of the company and its subsidiaries in The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC. The company has a market cap of $101.02 million and gained 50.41% in value in its weekly performance.

Allied Nevada Gold Corp.(NYSEMKT:ANV) gained 0.72% to close the stock at $1.39, a one cent increase in its price. The company, which has a market cap of $145.17 million and an enterprise value of $717.22 million, has 104.44 million shares outstanding and traded 3.68 million shares during yesterday trading, a figure which is lower than its 3-months average trading volume of 4.2 million. The US based stock lost seven cents, 5.04% in value, during afterhours trading.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp(NASDAQ:CLNE) declined 6.47% as the stock fell $0.33 to as much low as $4.69, a new 52-week low, during intraday trading and closed at a new closing price of $4.77. However, the stock managed to gain additional two cents during afterhours trading. The stock had a 10-day average trading volume of 2.0M during yesterday’s trading, a figure which is 0.3M higher than its 3-months average trading volume of 1.7M. The US based natural gas supplier had a beta of 2.19 which show that its stock is 119% more volatile than the market
