LIGHTSTREAM RES(OTCMKTS:LSTMF) suffered a substantial loss in value during yesterday’s trading, falling $0.47 to finish the day at a closing price of $5.78. Despite the decrease in value that moved the stock even further away from its 52 week high of $8.45, the stock does remain $1.08 above its 52 week low of $4.70. The Canada-based oil and natural gas developer had a trading volume of 476,856, a figure that is considerably higher than its three month average of 88,955.

QUEST RARE MINERALS LTD.(NYSE:QRM) experienced limited movement during yesterday’s trading which resulted in a 0.44% decrease in value, moving the stock to a closing price of $0.2050.  The stock had a trading volume of 160,800, more than 130,000 below its three month average of 293,850. Despite the slow activity, the stock still remained near 52 week low values, as the Canada-based rare earth deposits company traded within a range of $0.2010 to $0.22 during the day.

Denison Mines Corp (USA)(NYSEMKT:DNN) lost four cents during yesterday’s trading, a 3.08% decrease in value that moved the stock to a closing price of $1.26. The stock has traded within a range of $0.97 to $1.76 over the past 52 weeks, numbers which place yesterday’s closing price $0.29 above and $0.50 below those values. The Toronto-based uranium developer had a trading volume of 1,705,887, a figure that is 936,641 above its three month average of 769,246.
