The company’s subsidiary and operating partnership also extended its exchange offer for its senior notes to 5PM EST on Oct. 16th, 2014. The company recently entered into an agreement with RCS Capital Corporation to sell of its Cole Capital Advisors subsidiary for $700 million. The company is a private capital management business.
American Tower Corp(NYSE:AMT) currently has a bid price of $90.00 x 100 and an offer price of $100.00 x 100, figures that suggest that the company’s value may soon fluctuate. Additionally, the company’s trading volume is also spiking. On Oct. 3rd, the company announced that it will be releasing its third quarter financial results at 7AM EST on Oct. 30th and will be hosting a conference call at 8:30AM EST on that same day.
