Despite Friday’s menial increase in value during intraday trading, Avon Products appears to be on the decline. The stock currently stands at a poor weekly performance of -12.24%, monthly performance of -19.35%, quarterly performance of -25.66% and yearly performance of -50.99%. The ticker traded 11.29 million shares during its last trading session and 434.65 million shares outstanding. On January 6, analysts at BTIG Research reiterated their BUY rating on the stock and set their price target to $14.

Wet Seal Inc(NASDAQ:WTSL) plummeted 46.60% during Friday’s trading as the stock lost $0.0480 to close the day at a new 52-week low of $0.055. According to the sources close to matter, US apparel retailer has hired lawyers to help the company with a bankruptcy filing anytime soon. Recently, Wet Seal also announced the closure of 338 of its stores and lay off 4000 jobs to reduce costs by shedding underperforming assets. On December 18, analysts at B. Riley reiterated their ‘Neutral’ rating on the shares of Wet Seal with a price target of $0.18.

Aeropostale Inc(NYSE:ARO) slumped 5.36% during Friday’s trading and closed the day at $2.65. The $0.15 loss per share moved the stock to a 24.41% above its 52-week low of $2.13 and 73.37% further away from its 52-week high of $9.95. The US based specialty retail of casual apparel has a beta of 2.10, meaning it is 110% more volatile than the market, and currently stands at a weekly performance of 14.22%. On January 8, analysts at Topeka Capital Markets reiterated their ‘hold’ rating on the stock and boost their price target to $3 from $2.50.
