The US-based biopharmaceutical company had been gaining steadily for most of the last 52 weeks with the stock climbing 62.52%, but has been starting to lose some of these gains since the beginning of the year with the stock down 18.81% year to date. With RSI of 27.75 and MACD diverging in bearish direction, it is a hold with a view to buy in the near term.

Green Plains Inc (NASDAQ:GPRE) reversed its recent decline closing up 0.13% or $0.04 to finish the day at $31.14 on low trading volume of 0.654 million, compared to its three month average trading volume of 1.10 million. Over the past one month and over the past three months, the shares of Green Plains Inc have climbed 9.07% and 33.42%, respectively. Overall, the stock is currently situated 53.32% above its 52 week low of $20.31 and 32.71% below its 52 week high of $46.28. The RSI and MFI are 58.98 and 47.22, respectively. Both of these indicate the bullish move could continue, and the technical are not yet indicating any near term reversal, making it a hold.
